Shipping

Please allow 2-3 days for all orders being shipped to the UK. Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Local couriers are used and are protected from damage as much as possible. 

As our stock is sensitive to weather conditions, we hold the right to delay deliveries where we deem necessary to ensure the item remains intact and at its best. 

Stock

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. On occasion, the stock may not update immediately on the website and therefore a purchased item may be out of stock; in this case, we will contact you immediately and issue a substitution.

Limited to one per customer: Products that are limited to one per customer, are limited to one per household, in a 6 month period and we reserve the right to cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you or someone in your household has already purchased in the past 6 months.

We are able to source unusual, rare and hard to find items. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All specially sourced items are subject to a sourcing fee.
