The Yamazaki Islay Peated Malt honours Islay’s historic peated tradition borne from the unique water and maturation processes of the Island. Yamazaki Mizunara Aged 18 Years demonstrates the patience and expertise of its blenders who discovered Mizunara casks impart their best flavours when better aged. Finally, The Hakushu Peated Malt Aged 18 Years demonstrates with elegance how House of Suntory blenders have harnessed Hakushu’s climate to unveil intricate layers of flavour from the peated malt’s robust smoke character.
