Karuizawa 3rd Batch - 1999-2000 Vintage - Sherry Butt
Here we have the ‘green’ bottling from the Karuizawa Distillery’s 1999-2000 series. These small-batch releases were distilled during the closing chapter of the distillery’s life, and matured in sherry butts. The bottle features calligraphy by Sooun Takeda.

The Karuizawa Platinum Geishas, a pair of exceptional bottlings and the final due in the long-running series. This one, distilled in 1982 and aged for 40 years in a sherry cask, is the older of the two.
