Order & Returns

When will my order be delivered?

Our delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the delivery option you select at checkout.

U.S. Delivery
  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

  • Priority Overnight: Next business day (where available)

Scheduled Delivery

At checkout, you can also choose a specific delivery date (up to 4 weeks in advance). If selected, we’ll make sure your order arrives on that exact date.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details. Updates will be available once your package is out for delivery.

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you! If you need to send something back, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is sent in error or arrives damaged or defective.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we recommend that you return the product using a tracked and insured service, as you will be responsible if the product is lost or damaged during transit.

When sending your return, please include a copy of your order paperwork or at least a note with your order number - this helps us process things much faster for you. Returns should be sent back within 14 days of letting us know you'd like to cancel.

However, our customer service team are very friendly and live in the real world - so if you have any issues, we encourage you to reach out to them as they are always keen to talk through a return to see if they can help you to resolve any issues!

We send you an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.

If you click on the link in the email it will redirect you to the tracking

If you miss a delivery, or are unsure where it is, you should be able to resolve this with the courier directly

However we are always here to assist if you experience any difficulties

If all items are returned in their original condition, a full refund will be offered, excluding delivery charge.

Partial returns will not be accepted and Master of Malt are not liable should a partial return be made

Exchanges not available for items bought in an offer. Once the order is placed we are unable to take any items out or exchange them. We can only ever cancel and refund the order in full prior to it leaving our warehouse.

Statutory rights are not affected by the above.
