How long does delivery take?

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery takes 1 – 2 working days for most US mainland addresses, up to 7 to 15 days for Europe and all other regions of the world. 

Shipping charges are annoying. We absolutely get that. Which is why more products than ever are eligible for free shipping! These bottles are clearly marked on each product page.

In addition, all large orders over £599 heading to the US are free! Some shipping locations remain challenging however, but we’re always working to cut those pesky shipping fees.

We offer weekend delivery to most US addresses.

To check whether we can ship packages to your address specifically, enter your postcode at the checkout and click the ‘Pick a delivery date’ option. This this will show you all of the available services and prices for your address.

Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout.

Within the US it is possible to ‘Pick a date’ for a specific delivery. If you’ve chosen one, we’ll get your delicious boozes to you on the day which you select!

Our standard US shipping takes 2-3 working days – we’ll email tracking information which will be updated when your order is out for delivery.

Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. However, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $599.

We also occasionally offer free shipping or free worldwide delivery on select bottles. If this applies, it will be clearly shown on the product page next to the bottle image.

U.S. Shipping Rates

  • Standard U.S. delivery: $6.95

  • Express U.S. delivery (2 business days): $14.95

  • Priority Overnight: $29.00

Next-Day & Specific Day Delivery

We do offer next-day delivery to most U.S. locations when this option is selected at checkout. You can also schedule a specific delivery date (up to 4 weeks in advance) directly at checkout.

Weekend Deliveries

Weekend delivery is available to most addresses across the U.S. Availability and cost will be shown at checkout once you enter your ZIP code.

Same-Day Delivery

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery.

Delivery charges for orders shipped outside of the U.S. are often determined by the weight and destination of the order. Simply add your chosen bottle(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout — the system will automatically calculate all shipping costs before you confirm your order.

Important Note on Customs Charges

If shipping outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees as it arrives in the destination country.

These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, and you (or the recipient) will be contacted directly by Customs for payment. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control the amount of these charges.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or government website for guidance before placing your order.

Gifts Shipped Internationally

For international gift orders, please be aware that the recipient may be responsible for any customs charges in their country. It’s always a good idea to let them know in advance.

Yes! We have a retail shop at  which you can order everything which is available online and have it hand delivered to you!

If you’re planning on popping into our shop, please bear the following in mind:

- we don’t accept cash payments, but you can use any method of payment which would be available to you online; and

- if you're lucky enough to look under 25, we’ll need to see proof of age so we can confirm that you’re old enough to buy alcohol (we accept photocard driving licenses, passports and proof of age cards bearing the PASS hologram as proof of age).

We’re open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday (but not on public holidays).
