By placing an order using a credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method, you authorize Opper Barrel Spirits to process and ship your order, including using a common carrier for delivery under the terms of sale.

Under U.S. law, wines and spirits may only be sold and delivered to persons who are 21 years of age or older. The person receiving the delivery must be 21 or older, and an appropriate adult (21+) must be available to sign for all packages. Couriers may require valid government-issued identification to confirm the recipient’s age.

To comply with our strict policy against sales to minors, Opper Barrel Spirits reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation if we suspect a violation of this policy.
