DELIVERY INFORMATION

For U.S. shipping, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited delivery is only guaranteed if your order is placed before the daily cut-off time of 1pm EST, Monday–Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. Please always check the estimated delivery date at checkout.

We use trusted U.S. courier services, and all bottles are shipped in specially designed protective packaging to safeguard against damage in transit. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for any package containing alcohol. Please ensure that someone 21 or older is available to sign, as the courier will typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us. Orders returned due to failure to obtain an adult signature will incur an additional re-shipment charge.

Every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise imperfect, we will issue a full refund for the product. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable. All claims of damage must be made and the item returned within 30 days of receipt.

If your delivery address is outside the U.S., please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The information below is only an estimate. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout once you add items to your basket and select your destination country.

International delivery typically takes between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

If a parcel shipped outside of the United States is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incomplete customs clearance by the customer, both the original delivery cost and return cost will be deducted from your refund once the package is received back.

For deliveries outside the U.S., import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

RETURNS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products we supply are of the highest quality and arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur, and we want you to feel completely confident when ordering with us.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without penalty, provided the item is not perishable, personalized, or otherwise marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in good condition, unopened, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping fees. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Special Items

Certain products, including limited editions, rare, antique, or discontinued bottles, may not be in perfect condition. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact item received (including batch numbers, vintages, or bottling dates). We will make every effort to notify you of significant differences prior to shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 30 days from delivery to report the issue. For perishable items, this period is limited to the best before date if earlier. Please contact us with details of the damage or defect (photos are helpful), and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly — either through a refund or replacement.
